June 4, 1993 — October 16, 2021

Dr Jacquelyn Demetra Bradley

Dr. Jacquelyn “Jackie” Bradley was born June 4th, 1993 in Madison, Wisconsin. She died October 16th in Kansas City, Missouri from cancer. She came into this world knowing exactly what she wanted and worked relentlessly to reach any goal she set to herself. What ever Jackie set her mind to she accomplished. From learning to ride her bike without training wheels in one day to becoming a member of her high school all girls drum and bugle corps, she did it. She graduated from Central High School in Springfield MO in 2011 with honors in Chemistry and Theater. She graduated with honors from Missouri State University at Springfield with a degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Pharmacy with UMKC Medical College. She continued her education to obtain certification of AAHIVP and CDCES. Jackie committed her life to doing what was best for the world. She was dedicated to her work of helping those in need and ensuring the rights of all people. Her work was focused on helping people with HIV, performing research, and helping the underserved.

Jackie enjoyed spending time with her partner Quentin, their dogs, and her family. She enjoyed camping, floating, and standing up for the rights of others.

She is survived by her partner, Quentin Berry; his parents, Mel & Cathey Miller; her parents, Christopher & Michelle Bradley; sisters Victoria Todd and Rowan Bradley; brother-in-law, Travis Todd; her grandmother, Vicki Doud; aunts, Laurie Sabata and Sharon Couet; and uncle, Jonathan Sabata.

She will be missed by her family and friends. Jackie held a special place in her heart for the friends that she worked with, who acted as mentors, teachers and comrades in their shared mission to heal and care for those who needed help the most.

Her memorial will be held online via Zoom on Friday October 22nd.

Jackie requested that memorial donations be made to the Cancer Research Institute or the KC Care Health Center
