William "Bill" Tomblinson, age 79, of Lee's Summit, Missouri, passed away May18, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri. Bill retired in 1985 from the United States Army. He was honorably discharged holding the rank of Major. Bill is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Edna. Survivors include his wife and two daughters.
