TORI - The Secret Dragon
Victoria Elizabeth-Ann Wiley left this world far too soon on September 1, 2025, at the age of 26. Born on September 28, 1998, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Theodore and Sheryll Wiley, she grew up in Kansas City and Lee's Summit before graduating from high school in Arizona. Victoria was a radiant soul - intelligent, vibrant, creative, and full of promise. Her gifts as an artist, her passion for cooking, and her dedication to learning inspired all who knew her. On her high school debate team, her keen intellect and confident voice shone brightly, leaving a lasting impression on peers and teachers alike. Victoria cherished time with her four sisters above all, sharing laughter, movies, and stories together. She also created magical memories with her nieces and nephews, who knew her not just as "Aunt Tori," but as a source of joy, imagination, and unconditional love.
She is lovingly remembered by her parents, Theodore and Sheryll Wiley; her siblings Yvonne Webb, Rickey Webb, Marcell Wiley (with Karmen), Kiana Johnson (with Derek Lowe), Jasmine Wiley, Destiny Wiley, and Theodore J. Wiley IV (TJ). Victoria also leaves behind her adored nieces and nephews, each of whom carried her joy and imagination: Cheyenne Webb-Coleman "Panda," Skyylar Webb-Weaver "Penguin," Easton "Porcupine" Elani "Possum" Lowe, Dacarri Wiley "Strawberry," Rickey Webb III, and Iya Wiley. She cherished them deeply, often sharing laughter, stories, and love that will continue to live in their hearts.
Victoria's time with us was far too brief, but her life was rich with love, laughter, and inspiration. Her passing leaves a space that can never be filled, yet her memory endures - like a golden dragon perched on a mountaintop, ever watchful, ever bright. Her art, culinary gifts, and indomitable spirit will continue to soar, reminding all who knew her of the beauty and power of a life fully lived.
Fun Facts: Tori did not like pineapples or asparagus at all. She loved sushi, Anime, Dungeons and Dragons, and her favorite holiday was Halloween. She loved animals especially her Tortoise, Sokka.
"A dragon's fire, a heart of gold - your spirit shines forever bold."
