Velma Randall, age 84, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the Kansas City Hospice House. She was born on May 19, 1933, in Higbee, Missouri to Eugene and Mary Roena (Holtzclaw) Buckley. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters, and her husband, Frank Junior Randall. Velma is survived by her only child, Sheryl Hemenway, and a brother, Lloyd Buckley. Velma will be laid to rest with her husband at Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas.
