Robert C. McKinney, Jr., a cherished member of the Kansas City community, passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on February 7, 1948, in Kansas City, Kansas, Robert lived a life marked by integrity, service, and passion.

A proud veteran, he served honorably in the United States Army, embodying the values of duty and commitment that come with military service. After his time in the Army, Robert returned to Kansas City, where he continued to make contributions to the community that he loved.

Robert had a profound passion for golf, a sport that brought him joy and allowed him to connect with friends and family.

He is survived by his sister, Betty Stevenson, and his nephew, Carl Johnson. They and all who knew Robert will remember him for his warmth and the lasting impact he made throughout his life. His legacy lives on in the memories of those who loved him, and he will be deeply missed.
