Mark Henry Bowling

Mark Henry Bowling passed away peacefully on April 24 2026. Mark was born on November 17, 1955 in Independence Missouri to Herbert L Bowling and Ethel Westmoreland.

He attended Fort Osage High School and graduated class of 1974.

Mark married Stacy Alexander on August 21, 1999.

Mark was a hard working man. He was a farmer and a laborer for most of his life. You would always find Mark outside working on something or mowing. You wouldn't catch Mark anywhere without a cigarette, chapstick and either a busch light or a dr pepper. Mark could also have a cheeseburger every day of the week if you let him.

Mark had the pleasure to travel to several places with his wife, Stacy. His favorite place was Colorado.

Mark was an amazing father and cherished his kids, Teriann (husband Justin) and Bret, along with Nathan and Leanne.

The proudest accomplishment Mark had though was being called Poppy by his grandkids, Kylie, Zachary, Madison, Mariah, and Brooklyn.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday May 9, 2026 from 11:00-1:00pm at Six Mile Baptist Church, 26005 E Blue Mills Rd, Sibley, MO 64088
