Maeva A. Clark

Maeva A. Clark, passed away on July 17, 2026, in Independence, Missouri. Born on December 28, 1954 to Edward Alan Ware and Rachael Ware in Kansas City, Missouri, Maeva lived a vibrant and full life devoted to her family and faith.

Maeva built her career as a Shuttle Bus Driver, a role to which she dedicated herself with diligence and warmth. She then retired in 2018 and enjoyed pursuing her hobbies and passions.

Maeva’s presence was unmistakable. Known for her outgoing nature, she brought joy to every interaction. She approached life with a no-nonsense attitude, never hesitating to speak her mind. Her love for animals, particularly cats, was well-known among friends and neighbors, reflecting her gentle and compassionate spirit.

Faith played a significant role in Maeva’s life. She loved God and found comfort and strength in her beliefs, drawing upon them as a source of guidance and resilience.

In her down time, Maeva found enjoyment and laughter in simple pleasures. Watching television brought her much joy; Family Feud and Judge Judy were among her favorites, often filling her home with the sounds of game show excitement and courtroom banter. Movie nights held a special place in her heart, especially when Godzilla films graced the screen. Whenever Godzilla appeared, Maeva would cheerfully say, “That’s my guy!”

Maeva’s memory is survived and will endure through her two sons and her mother. She is preceded in death by her father.
