Debra D. Ray, age 61, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away August 17, 2015 at Kansas City Hospice House. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Addie Ray. Debra is survived by her sister, Donna, and many other family members and friends whom will miss her dearly. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
